I took it years and years ago and it did help with anxiety the best I remember.

I take 7.50 Mgs a day.

I have been taking it for several years .

I like it. It has little if any side effects and controls my anxiety well.

I take 45mg a day and it really helps with my anxiety...at one point I wasn't sure it was working and stopped it.... my did my anxiety come back.. so it's definitely a stayer for me

30 to 35 MG is the usual dosage.

45 MG's ! !

I went into Serotonin Syndrome at 25 MG's !

I seriously am sensitive to meds !

Thank you all for information. I hope I get good results as you guys have.I just started this so if this doesn't work out maybe have to ask her to a bit for me in milligrams.Does this take weeks before I can see the difference?

I can't really recall it's been that long.... obviously it's not as quick acting as a benzo but I would imagine it would take about a week... but that's just a guesstimate

Buspirone is used for long term control of anxiety.

It may take a while to be affective in your system.

For those explosive bouts of anxiety, I use Xanax.
But , since I have been on Busporine , I find I don't have to use as much Xanax
