Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

really????? we have a flashing light on our forehead saying warning bipolar person approach with caution?
but then you go to a new medical doctor or specialist and they see bipolar and agoraphobia with panic and that is it they don't wan to deal with you ........to them you are not sick physically its all in your head.........................so i guess its the preconceived notions people have your to "normal" to people.............but to professionals they see the print so oh you cant be sick its your bipolar.
Honestly I want to say screw you what do you know from normal you people aren't even normal...........and mr doctor with the fancy degree who just did the testing and found the serious illness that needs surgery .............HA in your face!!!!! :)
And also, TRIGGER WARNING: I realize this may not sit well with everyone so I do apologize if I hurt anyone, but I think there's a lot of disturbing myths out there regarding hypersexuality. Like fantasy about it by curious observers. When I was thrown into hospitals getting psychoanalyzed and shredded to pieces with psycho-sexual-Freudian crap possibly by people who go into psychology for all the wrong reasons, I became suicidal dealing with "hypersexuality" at a younger age. It's a really complex matter that I think a lot more people struggle with than might be realized. I am lucky and have worked diligently for years in my relationships and therapy and found my own sense of safety, health and self-awareness, but it's almost like it's just ENTERTAINMENT for certain "observers." I don't even know if what I'm saying makes any sense, but it is based on some really negative experiences I encountered and that's all I can say about it right now.
or that everything we say is nuts because we're 'nuts' - it is so dismissive!
