Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Hello guys,
I have been seeing a lot of new users and I have come across a few books / journals that have helped me a lot.
the books
Bipolar 101: a practical guide to identifying triggers, managing medications, coping with symptoms, and more. ISBN: 978-1-57224-560-0 (bought it from a book store, but it is on Amazon)
that book comes with a bunch of spreadsheets and helpful tips!
the second book is Bipolar disorder for the newly diagnosed. Sheri L. Johnson, Janelle M. Caponigro, Erica H. Lee. I don't have the ISBN for it (I'm sorry)
I just recently got a mood journal I bought it off of Amazon, I love it so far and it's very helpful.
Mood tracker journal (daily prompts & charts) ISBN: 978-1-7282-2564-7
if I come across anything else or if you need help finding material message me I'd love to help <3
-Much love, Kayla

Mom and I have errands to run this morning. She said we can get sushi for lunch though. I go back to work today. What are you looking forward to this weekend?

Quick, before the evil MONday gets here! Let's climb those mountains, dance in the meadows, dip our feet in the ocean....Okay, so most of us won't be doing any of That. Sadly. But today can still be a great day!The area behind our back fence is on an incline, with less than two feet on even ground at the top. I don't balance well enough for the incline, but our mower guy mows that...

I enjoyed reading Carrie Fisher’s books! Obviously her life was much different than ours but she knew what it was like to struggle with the ins and outs of the illness. And it’s good to laugh sometimes!
Happy Saturday to all.
