I think all of us do things we "hate".... Be easy on yourself.... most of us do understand and have been where you are... :)

SOmetimes one of the blessings of being a beeper is that the part of of brains that tells us it's not nice to tell everyone to fuck off is not in place on a certain day for us. SO for you today was your day. No biggie. Happens to the best of us. Hope you feel better Chuggs.

Chuggs, you are going thru a dysphoric mania episode. AND you under attack from a group of poeple (talk about ganging up). If it were me, I probably wouldn't be so nice :-)
But I know you have a really good heart and can forgive them and let it go, even if they can't.
Also this episode is lasting quite awhile...can your pdoc increase your mood stabilizer? Just an idea.
