I have chronic pain in addition to the bipolar condition. I end up taking 28 pills per day. I have done another bipolar insane thing but this one is being used to help people. I started RamblingChronicPK podcast to discussion my journey and help and share with other people who suffer in life. Check it out if you get a chance, but regardless I have chosen to do some positive stuff to try to help the medicine. I started eating a paleo diet and started running. I exercise like crazy and it helps somehow. I am trying to learn other things that people do to cope with all of the horse crap we have to go through to try to fit into a normal world. What things do you do? Does reading help you, what do you read? What other things have you tried. Thanks and I hope everyone has a gret weekend. I would love to hear your ideas because I am having a difficult weekend and could use some positive actions.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
