I was watching these, in which I am a subscriber on youtube for, and it dawned on me that many of you don't know about this. The Bipolar Diaries is a video journal done by a British couple who live with BP, more accurately SHE ( Jill)has BP and he (Tom) doesn't.

Terrific example of when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. I'm sure it is quite fulfilling for them to educate and help others. Like what you are doing, Chuggs, taking you're experience and studying to help others.
The lack of education in our society is horrible. I'm sure we could get that 20% suicide rate way down with proper dissemination of info.
I was astounded when in the hospital that I had to explain the importance of meds and sleep to people with bp disorder to the nurses. It was totally new info for them and they are IN the medical community.
