I would love for this to work. I am tired of flopping around like a fish out of water. I have been trying to make up for lost time while I was never diagnose3d with bipolar since 2002 and started taking meds in 2007.
I really didn't have one set of parents or teachers to see the problems since I was raised by a village and foster homes, so no one but me looked after me until I got out of an abusive 21 yr marriage and my two sons were adults. So now it is all about me. I will be done with my journey of diagnoses soon and anything I can do for sleep deprivation will make a world of difference to my other illnesses.
Wow! life story. Sorry, I just needed to get that out.
Take care pepe's
I cabna lso going to numerous dr's in my teen years and being told they were growing pains. Somehow that didn't stop when i was an adult.
I do take Seroquel but it really helps me actually not have insomnia. (one more down on the list) I also take Lamictal and cymbalta for BP and Fibro.
I guess your input helped me sort of the what to expect and look for. And that makes things a little easier to know what I need to do. Gotta try what you can to get relief.
You can check Drugs.com site to find out what medications can't be taken together.
I don't know where you live but try to find out your closest Public Health Clinic or a clinic where they can charge you according to income. I hope this info helps you.
