So I got the okay from my primary care to start weaning off of the Timolol I've been taking as a migraine preventative. I want to see if it's a factor in causing my depression. Anyone here with chronic migraine and bipolar and find a way to manage both? Feels like I'll be in a mess either way because before the timolol started working my chronic migraines were very debilitating so I guess I just have to pick which type of pain I'd like to contend against. How about none! I'm just feeling wicked irritated at life today. Didn't sleep last night even with melatonin in my system.

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!
