Hello. I have been on this support group for years but on other reasons and now I am looking into this. Please explain this to me. I am very moody and act and talk so hateful to my husband. Later I think about it and thinking how can I say or do that. I get headaches everyday for 3 years now. The things I think about I shouldn't think about. Please clue me in:( Once I think about good things, my headache isn't there. Please help me! Am I loseing my mind?
