The first couple of days I felt great, then not so great.
I had decided to stop the upped dosage, then re-thought it out.
I re-started the upped dosage, and after a few days I was better.
Give your new dosages some time , at least a mnth, unless you are starting to feel readly badly, then contact your Pdoc .
If at all possible, maybe try to cut back on work hours for a while

Some meds are meant to work right away. Others can take over a month to build up in your system enough to achieve any noticeable effects.
That IS a lot of hours, especially if it's very stressful.
I don't know why you're feeling better, but I'll take it!!
