just a reminder to anyone who lives in the US and had Sprint or Verizon as a wireless carrier since 2010 - the deadline to file a claim is midnight tonight. The two wireless carriers settled with the FTC after allowing third-party companies to charge customers for "premium" text messages without their prior consent -- and allegedly burying them in bills. The activity has come to be known as "cramming."

I always look forward to the AT&T bill, though. It's always interesting to see the new ways they find to screw me each month. By the time I call them every month to make them remove a charge, they have already moved on to next months fuckery. Sigh!! Sometimes, I just give up because I get tired and then I recharge and keep them on the phone for an hour at a time.
Shouldn't the phone/internet bill be the same every month? Yes. Yes, it should. Ugh!!
