Since my diagnosis, which was three years ago, I feel like I have dedicated a lot of time to being "sick" and getting well. Hospital stays.... major episodes.... depression.... And I have this title: Bipolar. When I meet someone I feel like I have a lot of baggage to bring to the table. And I feel like that will never change. How will I ever change this view of myself? Any pointers or suggestions?
