still doin g succulent gardens did a bonsai tree gardeb still working in that one trying hanging fish tank filled with succulents etc etc etc  


this will not break the high has been going on for days not much sleep up 24 hrs today and wanted to go and pick moren supplies but missed my ride so either have to catch a cab or ask a friend again  which i really do not want she is in pain a lot



waiting for pkg from amazon not here until tues wicked day sad part is i misunderstood my ride was counting on it so that was my weekend blah blah blah and the saga continues

I really don't know what to say. I wish there was something that could calm your frenzy – like ketamine, or general anaesthetic…

really is not that bad i am aware of what is happening and know that it is just hypomania i can slow it down by taking breaks to relax and calm myself down and rest i have the benadryl and lavender they help just really annoyed that it did not work out the way i planned but there are going to be other days tomorrow may be a better day because of the overspending as long as i stay in touch with my symptoms and remember that i am bipolar i should come out of it soon thanks for your concern

Sending positive thoughts for a good week ahead. Remember to try and schedule regular times of rest if you can. Even if mania isn't allowing the sleep closing your eyes and resting at steady times may help.
