I have only had auditory hallucinations while psychotic. It was the radio and the tv for me. It was like sounds would come in and out and the sounds were very amplified. I think you should tell your dr.maybe you need a higher dose of anti-psychotic.

I get weird "Radio" noise a lot.

Sometimes it seems to come out of the overhead fan.

I've told my pdoc about this.

He doesn't seem to be overly concerned, since I show no other overt signs of psychosis .

He has told me , as long as it just stays noise , and isn't too intrusive, I'm pretty much Ok.

Now...... if the noise , turns to voices that tell me to do harm to myself or other people, that's a whole different story.

In any case, I always think it best to run these things past your Pdoc

I get soft Jazz or Howard Stern ..... I prefer the Jazz

Next creepiest ... I hear a Coaches Whistle blowing softly outside my window at night .

I used to hear the telephone ringing a lot and it wasn't... now I just have the voices calling my name.... which I find haldol usually helpful for.. and as long as they don't tell me to hurt myself or someone else it's a freaky thing I live with as part of this disorder

I hear the "radio" music and voices when I'm stressed. Sometimes it's music I like, others not so much. One night I was kept awake by loud Spanish music. Since I had Spanish neighbors I thought it was them so I went outside to tell them to tone it down. There was no one there. Yikes.
As a child I would think of my favorite song and play it in my head. It would then turn into a song I could hear like on a radio. I thought it was fun and everyone could do that. Guess not!

I can only imagine how scary that much be. I cannot understand what song is playing on the radio becasue it is real soft.

I heard music. Like in the truck when the radio was off. I would be in my living room and hear music coming from the dinning room. Go to turn tv off and it wouldn't be on. I also saw dogs. In crazy places. Why dogs I don't know. The pdoc up risperdal and they went away,

Yes, I hear things all the time. It's not creepy or annoying or bothersome in any way.

I hear my mother calling my name.

I hear music all the time. My dishwasher plays a song with a beat. I have asked others about the dishwasher - even sang the song that was playing at the time. Nobody ever hears it. Their loss.

Yeah MistyBlue3. I hear mom calling me...it's always in a sharp loud voice, almost a scream. Usually if electronic things are on I can hear the music. The heat goes on and I hear a faint song. Or the fridge.

Lindamack: my thing is cats. I've always seen cats in the corner of my eye. Now that I have some, it feels creepy when I go to hug one and he's not there.
