It's not a polite thing to do but it involves ego, fear, guilt and the fact that you're a witness to his lack. Understanding behavior doesn't make it acceptable, though!

er..not quite sure what the situation is, but everyone gets hassle with those things. It's not about being stupid it is about the appalling user interfaces on those things. And those awful set up menus.

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner.
