Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Fallouts are hard to deal with but I feel if I've done everything I can to correct a wrong it helps me move on. HUGS!
EVERYONE should apologize when they've done something they should apologize for!!!
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'does it help?'.
It doesn't always mean that you will be forgiven.
(But sometimes you will be.)
All I know is that when I've done something I should apologize for, I feel HORRIBLE until I do so!!!!
(And depending on the situation, don't always feel 'wonderful' even after I do. But I feel better.)
Along with apologizing, one should always make amends as well, if possible.
Or so says my conscience.
Another thing, when it comes to apologizing, is it makes a much bigger and better impact if you don't make excuses for why you fucked up.
Since you're feeling apologetic, it's quite likely you will feel better once you follow through on it!!!
I hope so, anyway!!!
Good luck!!!
(((((Hugs)))))
i felt better doing it even though it took me 2 years to do so.
i wish the other one would have answered me but im sure she probably doesnt really understand.
