Hey Dee. My AM support person didn't get in until 1:40AM. I assume that it was Sat night she might have went out danceing w some of her friends. at 1AM my man/support person arrived in from work.
at 10PM, my Mother called. she watching some movie & wanted to share.
So here I am. wide awake.

HI hopeful, i have nightmares when im stressed, & boy am i stressed...i took an extra 100mg of my night med, hoping that would prevent the nightmares....now im just super drowsy...
