they come and go, nothing really stops them i have just accepted they are part of my illness.

I've had some hallucinations but it was in connection to some medication going south on me. I was listening to a zombie story on my ipod and ran across the bridge and there was a zombie on the other side. I ran away pretty fast but I'm pretty sure that was a hallucination....I had some other stuff happen too but nothing as real and weird as the zombie.
I know that's not really advice, but it always helps me to know other people are having similar problems.
He can prescribe medication for you... A psychiatrist is important as it's his specialty however a family doctor does take training in psych and can help you in the meantime
