Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

and i hope you stop i don't think i understand it i tickle my arms with my nails but i never brake the skin you have to be kind to yourself
life is ruff
i hope it doesn't become a habit hugs Tx
Dont go down that road, I can tell you without question it will become a much bigger problem and it is a bitch to quit just like drugs. There is a lot to lose from self harm more than anyone really realizes at the start. So put it down now while you can do it with relative ease. You dont want an addiction on top of bipolar.
That being said though, I really feel for you that you are hurting to the extent to resort to that. We're always here to talk if you need it.
