Hi everyone, I have been dealing with an eye twitch that started this past March. I've seen an opthalmologist, an acupuncturist, have tried different exercises, tried simple things like limiting caffeine and screentime. Nothing has worked. I have been taking a mood stabilizer and antidepressants for 16 years and I'm starting to wonder if the eye twitching has something to do with taking psychotropic medications for so long. Has anyone had this happen? I don't trust doctors as far as I can throw them. I hate relying on medication but I also don't want to feel like I did before getting on it. I just want this damn eye twitch to go away. Any advice would be helpful!

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner.
