I just checked out the last new episode... online... and.... in it Silver...Dixon's GF freaks out and they realize she's bipolar....
I was fine watching it.. not thinking oh she's acting bipolar so when that came up... I don't know... it kinda set me off..... like... knocked me down... I was feeling fine... kinda happy..heck I accomplished some things today.. now I should be in bed... but not ready to sleep quite yet... but that show seems to have triggered something in me and I don't think I like it.....
I know this probably doesn't make sense....I even think it's weird.. but it's what happened.......
Now I feel anxious and scared... maybe because I did some of that crazy rambling.. not making sense.... emotional, manipulation when I was dating..........
Ummm yeah... so after almost a month off meds.... ummm I'm going back on... and I'll be staying on I hope....so off to take my trileptal and go to bed....
