Try and get them to check up on you again.There could be all sorts of imbalances go on. Early on there usually are and the docs need to ease back quite quickly into a more apt dosage.

Most meds cause some kind of uuggy side effect.

Sometimes it will go away after a few weeks...sometimes it doesn't

Sometimes it means the dose is too high.

I was sick like dog on 1000 mg of Depakote
at 750, I do ok...not grand , but ok

I have been on Lamictal for 7 years no issues but I know its not for everyone . The one that did a number on me both times I have been on it. Once on it for BP and last year on it for migraines and it tore me up - finally told the doctor nope no more don't care if have daily migraine as its not like havent had them for that long before. I spent a good part of every day nauseated and vomitting

Lamictal makes my tummy a little wonky when I first take it, but it usually settles down after a few hours. Maybe you should talk to your doc about your dose.....

i take it , no trouble however , celexa gives me acid indigestion pretty bad..sometimes i vomit in my sleep. yucky

It makes me sick to my stomach mostly when i first take it but also during the day sometimes as well. I have a lot of the same stuff as you. It doesn't happen all the time either it is every so often... try not to have too much caffiene and make sure you drink enough water. For me i have to deal with it for now because nothing else worked... a few gave me MUCH worse side effects.

I've been nauseous for about a week or so now. I'll go on spurts where i'm just ugh and sick and others where i'm fine. Sometimes with the Nausea, it helps me to have pretzels or something really porous like bread or crackers. it helps to soak up that stomach acid a little and it can help. and it doesn't stop me from eating either unfortunately

Definitely talk to your doctor it could just be a medication tweek!

still better than the seroquel that made me zombie like!

It's really not the worse side effect I've ever had to deal with. And I'm need a higher dosage not lower. I'm only on 100mg. Any way it's not that horrible that I can't deal with it I was just wondering if it did this to any one else.

Personally there's not a lot of medication I can actually take so I have to stick with this. And in reality it is helping at least slightly more than other meds were before. So I have no desire to go off of it. And I"m not sick all the time, just when I'm over heating, too cold or jostled around too much. Needles to say I won't be going on roller coasters any more.

After my recent hospital stay, many of my meds were turfed, much to my relief.

Now, I only have to take Lithium, Tegretol and Nortriptyline to my relief.

If I have to add anymore meds, I will scream!!!
