Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

The chills, however, happen occasionally and for no obvious reason.
But like always , run this by your pdoc
anxiety attacks and panic attacks are actually 2 different issus.
Anxiety attacks can occur out of the blue, usually peak in about 20 minutes. Although they also can come in waves .
Panic attacks are a continuing feeling of anxiety, that can last months .
The feelings associated with anxiety / panic are very similar
irregular heart beat
shortness of breath
sense of doom
heaviness on the chest
dizziness
cold sweats
all in all ...not a fun experience !
It is interesting that panic attacks and anxiety attacks are different based on how long the attack lasts. I have panic attacks then with anxiety attacks while I am in public.
Before being diagnosed I had a complete neuro breakdown. Couldn't speak without stuttering and I spoke as if I was non-hearing. My gait was off and I could barely walk.
The story is much longer but the initial thoughts were it was a medication reaction. MRI- spinal taps and every test in the world and they all came back back normal. Final dx was it was a physiologic reaction to stress PTSD related from childhood trauma.
Mine is more of a type of uncontrollable shuttering of the jaw but my teeth do not ever really meet. It looks as if I am about to stutter which I do when overly stressed or excited. ( mind racing crap)
I would put a call in to the doc and describe your symptoms. Hopefully it's nothing. Good luck.
