Just curious if people have no appetite or overeat when they are anxious. When my anxiety is high I lose my appetite.

if I'm really anxious and stressed I can't eat a thing.. my appetite just disappears completely

I tend to eat more when I'm anxious. Sometimes. The food comforts me. Ugh. I have always stopped eating completely when I'm manic. It's so weird how our BP brains function sometimes...

yes when I am anxious or if someone is mean to me my appetite goes sometimes in mid meal if the mean thing is said then! it usually takes months, sometimes years to come back. Once one of my sisters was horrible to me five times in one day and my appetite went for three years! I used to laugh and say I should record my sisters when they're being mean as they would make a great diet aid!!! guaranteed to lose weight just listening to them. lol.

Man I wish I would lose my appetite when I have anxiety or am depressed. These are the times I binge eat the most. Food is such a confort to meI use it like a security blanket.

But today can still be a great day!The area behind our back fence is on an incline, with less than two feet on even ground at the top. I don't balance well enough for the incline, but our mower guy mows that...
