Hey All...I hope that you have a lovely, peaceful beginning of your weekI have a bunch of chores that need doing but may put them off til tomorrow and just hang out with my landlord/roomie todayWhat about you?...Anything special going on?Have a great day and take good care of you!!..Xo

There are several options for Therapy as well, there are now several good Online Therapy options with very good Dr.'s and that way your not having to sit face to face with someone. Some people find that much easier, your just texting back and forth.
On another note, how much Benadryl are you taking each day?

I struggle with sleeplessness at times as well.....
I would be really careful of any caffeine intake as well as sugar intake later in the day
Big hug......xo
Have you talked to your Pdoc about what's going on, because it really sounds like your medications need to be adjusted. Many of us have Paradoxical reactions to medications, but we can still manage a somewhat normal sleep schedule. I realize the thought of them wanting you to go in-patient is scary, but you can't go on with this type of "crash & burn" schedule, you really need to get with your Pdoc and make them help you figure out a solution to this problem.
