another achy day

Had to rest most of yesterday because of neck aches. Going to chiro today, but again energy is low.

Trying to accept these limitations and the fact that I cannot accomplish what I want. Accomplishments are very important to me for each day.

The heart is willing but the body won't cooperate. I know what you mean. I start thinking I can do some fantastical something and it's a shocker when I realize I can't do it. Like the slip-n-slide with the kids. Just where in history did I get to where I couldn't take a huge flying leap onto the hard-hard ground covered only with a thin piece of plastic and spraying water? When, I say?

Hope you get some relief from the neck pain or your pain in the neck if you prefer. Maybe we can go hang gliding later if you are up to it?

Accepting personal limitations is something I struggle with !

No problem.

I hope your neck pain issues get resolved soon...... now if we could only figure out how to motivate ourselves ?

hand gliding; never did it, but it sounds like fun

I think that all the swimming I've been doing is the cause of the flare up of the spondylosis so I'm done for the summer.

I do have one and maybe two clients today. I might be pushing it, but I want to be productive.
