It's been awhile since I posted anything.


I snapped at someone where I live.


I'm trying to learn how to contol my thoughts and feelings.


I'm still serving God.

I try to keep thoughts and feelings on different control panels. Sorta. . . I've done enough psychotherapy for my control issues that the very word, "Control" is one of my psycho nag flags. My control issues are more than equal to attempting a take-over of God's proverbial control panel. Like that's gonna happen. . .

Still. . . I believe my thoughts and feelings are two very different phenoms. Seems to me my anger often flares in contradiction of my thoughts. I continue to want things which my thoughts deem unwise. My feelings refuse to embrace what my thoughts know is needed. It's like my heart has a mind of its own.

Dunno. . . It sure gets confusing. Welcome back, Blueboy. Thank you for the sort space.

I really, really like your emoticon, its cool....I have a leather bracelet on my wrist that's pretty similar. Relaxation exercises and Deep Breathing exercises might help you chill and journaling might help you get the stuff out of your head that creates the anger...dumping all that stress and emotion and bad thought onto paper and freeing the space in your mind to wander around some cool thought out places you want to travel to, or good memories that you want to relive or just things you want to ramble on about, personally I get lost in books, real books, that I can feel in my hands, and smell the leather bindings of, and hear the pages turn...the whole experience, not a screen on a Kindle. That's where I go, when the real world is just not a place I want to be in at that particular time.

.....on the other hand, perfection is unattainable and I think we all snap at someone now and again, so don't be too hard on yourself.

You and Me Both!! I've never been good at dealing with it I turn it in on myself but that obviously doesn't work. Yes journaling is helping even if it's only to write what I WANT to say but don't bc I know I will regret it but it helps me to keep from going off on others. I go around deep deep inhaling and exhaling constantly. It's exhausting..anger.

    I did the dumbest thing today.  I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds.  I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym.  What a dummy!
