Im not alone and depressed right now but I have been many times before. I am sorry you are feeling this way but I can tell you that you are not alone. We are here, we have walked in your shoes and we understand how you feel. Obviously if you want to harm yourself you should go to a hospital but if you need someone to talk to I am here all day at work. So you can message me or we can chat here if you want. I think it's ok to be alone and depressed. But it's not right to feel destructive, that's no help. I'm not alone but I'm probably a little depressed. I'm going to treat it by going to a buffet today.

I'm in a wheelchair and my ramp is covered in snow. Also, I can't drive because of amputations and meds.

I've spent more than 2 months in the hospital thisyearT with the doctors trying to repair some of the damage from my last suicide attempt.

Im sorry. Sounds like you are going through a lot. Whenever I am really down my doc tells me to do something to bring me back up. Do you have any funny movies you could watch? Or a funny book to read. Or sometimes if I keep busy I feel better. What about doing a craft, making something for your house or for a friend? Do you have anyone who could come by to sweep off your ramp and maybe stay for a visit? If not like I said im here all day!

I had to spend Thanksgiving alone eating rice. The same thing that I've eaten for 3 days. I'm very depressed because my mate and I are splitting up and I have to move. Anxious and nervous about moving. I do have a piece of key lime pie thawing that I'm looking forward to eating though. I've learned to appreciate the little things.

I did not spend the day alone. Instead I chose to spend it with toxic people. I knew what I was getting myself into but I did it anyway because it's my mother. She and her husband are very mean people. He spends every minute that I'm there putting me down. I should've spent the day alone. :( and yeah I'm feeling a little bit self-destructive now since I put myself through that. Hugs

I'm sorry you're feeling alone and depressed....that's never a good way to feel. Do you have a list or such of coping techniques? I hope by now you've had a chance to rest and are feeling better. Tuesday could be a hard day. My wife passed away three years ago and Tuesday will be our wedding anniversary. We drove to Niagara Falls with white out conditions on the New York state throughway. We were married for 38 years and I still miss her terribly.
