klonopin wont help if the thoughts are layering at this point. at least it doesnt for me...
Until then, one moment and breath at a time.
Maybe Dee is right...maybe the hospital? Or at least a crisis line?
Good luck, sweetie. xxoo
You need to be seen SOON. It would be great if a simple med adjustment would help everything! Don't give up trying tomorrow till you get an appointment.

Yes Kim, I am leaving messages and even talked to one of the receptionists and told her that I NEEDED HELP! She said she would tell the pdoc right away, that if I remember correctly was back on wednesday of last week.....then I called the office all day thur and fri and kept getting the answering machine and I left numerous messages, what a fucked up sititation......huge sigh
I feel like I am so part of the faulty mental health system right now it ain't funny!!!!!! I want to kick my fn pdoc ass right now.
twiluv, impending doom......yep I am so feeling that right now. Gotta be the worst feeling in the world right now. I so want to take a match to this house and burn it to the ground.......this house overwhelms me so much, I need to seriously think about selling and getting something more manageable but I collect SSDI and nobody will give me a loan for another home, and renting would so be an option right now.....fuck now I'm babbling sorry....sigh
Ya think I should take one.....the agitation is making me think and wish horrible things for myself and my family!!!
Learning that in dbt really has helped me put things in better perspective.

How you're feeling sounds absolutely dreadful!!!!
I don't know much about hitting ERs. I know from reading here that you probably won't be admitted (committed?) unless you are a threat to yourself or to others.
But what if you just feel like shit in the way that you do now? Would they give you anything to help you settle down?
Or would even doing just that cost way too much money?
Bastard doctor!!!!! (If he got your messages.)
When you next see him, ask him if he has an emergency number that he is willing to give you.
I don't have one for my doctor, but I've heard some people mention on here that they do.
Once I was having some really unacceptable symptoms, so when I called the doctor's office, I told them that I really needed to see him right away and they worked me into the schedule. I think you should see if you can get to SEE your Pdoc, rather than just talk to him on the phone!!
If I was feeling like you do, I'd take enough Seroquel to knock my ass out.
I did that once when I was feeling too horrible to bear it any longer. Took enough Seroquel to make me sleep for the rest of the day and all of the night. I didn't take TONS more. Maybe 50 or 100mg more than my usual dose.
When I told the doctor I did it, he said I did the right thing. That the brain resets while we sleep.
Good luck to you. Hot bath? Concentrate on your breathing? Soft music?
None of that stuff ever helps me, but I see other recommend it from time to time.
I sure hope you feel better soon!! Your symptoms sound ghastly!!! (((((Hugs)))))
