Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I didn't have the option to live with my parent. My mother is no longer a live and I'd never be able to handle living with my dad and step-mom. I need my privacy. Do what I want when I want.
It took me a year to become more "normal". I do things with my friends, but I do stay home a lot. I do this because I like it, plus I'm always on here and Facebook. I love the internet!!
It takes time, but you will get there eventually. Try to make yourself contact some friends. I wish I would have.Get a job, that will force you to socialize with people outside of your house. Then, move onto your own place. You'll like it after awhile.
They have a loneliness board here on DS. You could join that and see what others are doing to kill their loneliness. Plus you can converse with more people!
I hope you start feeling better. It's the pits to be lonely. Just remember that it does get better. Hugs
