anxiety level is coming down a bit. got a band festival tonight so that equals to a late bedtime for everyone and even later for me since I need to do the laundry that we are wearing tonight to have ready for wearing to school tomorrow morning. I'll get to bed around 1. And then a long day tomorrow with the football game and going out after. kinda looking forward to november when i get my life back.

I am doing great today babe. It's beautiful outside. Have had a good day with the babe. Have talked to a few special friends on the phone. Life is good--for now!! Sheesh!! Good afternoon Zany. Huge hugs to you and to all. I finally got off my butt, exercised, showered, even fixed my hair. Why does that seem like so much sometimes? It did help with some of my anxiety though.

Good for you Blue!!! So proud of you. Some days we are crippled by anxiety and some days we can move and it helps out anxiety. Sheesh!! Go figure!! Always makes me feel better if I have been able to be productive. Hope the rest of your day is great.
