I'm not allowed to take my meds for 2 nights because of some medical tests I'm having done On Tuedsay. There is no way I will fall asleep without taking anything. I'd appreciate any advice. I figure I'll try eating some turkey,drink tart cherry juice and try some hot tea. The thought of no sleep for 2 days really scares me.
If its a blood test will I ffind that lab just wants to sav tim by not having to find out what is what in your blood to rul out what thy actually ran test for.
I just don't eat for 12 to 15 hours and I only have hot black coffee n water. now if I half to lean back r laydown I wont have anything to eat r drink. we can even choke on our slaver
Pharmist know far more than most Dr's and pharrmest knows far more about med than any Dr.
Some hospitals nurses pull 3 days off and4 days on. some have 2days on and 5 days off. but they are on 24/7 call.
Ask pharmacy what you can take to sleep r rest.n/r to stay calm.
Can you eat some carbohydrates? They seem to work for me.
