I always take a luch w me when I go to hospital.
I'v had moments at DMV to order a pizza & have a slice before being waited on.

my boys are in thier med 30tys.
enjoy eveny moment when thier small.brace yourself for teen yrs.
pat yourself on back when they leave home as will edu. productive adults.
I so miss the times when my boys where young.
I don't miss the diapers nor why's - how come's. repeated questions.

I have 7 day containor that has ea day of wk.. I have am & pm box.
make my life easier.
I vacume twice a day just incase I drop a pill.
I don't vaccumm the whole rm -just an 2 x2 area around mt recliner and along side of my bed.
I too learnt the hard way.

Dr's should give us discounts - being that they take up so mush of our time.
When we take our cildren to ER and/or Dr's the ER or Dr office should give parents some calming meds : )

Wowo what a scare. Tyler drank a whole bottle of caugh syrup when he was little. We had to do the charcole thinkg too. It just looks so bad I couldn't imagine the taste. Glad everything is well with Dillion now. Just wait till he's a teen..lol

one time my daughter was chuggin away at the peroxide in the bathroom. She was OK. Kids will eat or drink anything that looks good. I'm so happy he is O.K.

That must have been really scary. A good nurse is worth her weight in gold.

I'm really glad to here that Dillon is ok. Had a simular exprience when my son was 5.
Glad all turned out for the well. The nurse sounds like she was terrific.

My mom found my sister with a bottle of iron pills when she was a wee one, but it was half empty - so she rushed right away to the ER. Turned out the pills were the exact same color as the shag carpet! She didn't swallow enough if at all and it ended quiet well.

How scary. We had to give my then oh so cute son some ipakac (sp). It was so hard to watch him vommit for hours I can't even imagine what charcoal is like.
