I'm sorry you are feeling badly, I was for 4 days straight, barely got off couch, then woke up yesterday feeling good. I hope the same happens for you very soon.

Im right there with you too. I have been fighting tears all holiday. In fact, I have basically shut myself off emotionally. I was scared that I had severe writers block, so I connected with my emotions a bit and got one good stanza just to make sure what was going on.

Sometimes I can shut it down and I have to. The holidays alone are a killer. If it isnt my friends or television reminding me that Im alone it is the newspaper or the local market.

hey I am sad to here you are not feeling to great. I am almost always depressed all winter. It sucks to feel depressed when everyone else seems to be having fun. I hope you feel better. Merry Christmas
