Im just really jotting whats in my head right now, maybe this is manic and i ve only experienced it once,
I think there s a Demond in my room right now who wants me to cut myself my son and husband are both possesed and want me dead i feel as if my husband wants to stab me if i go back to sleep so here i am wide awake cause if i close my eyes something is going to kill me,
Im always rejoining this support group because i think i get better then a man in the closet or something evil wants me to cut myself, i ve been cutting for over ten years now thats my way of coping with bipolar disorder any advice would be awesome :( i dont want to go to the er because of the social stigma :( and i dont have a pdoc

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

If it is not PTSD, if you have never been treated violently, or abused in any way, especially as a child, then it could be a mental illness treatable by medicine only., and I strongly suggest seeing a psychiatrist and finding meds that stop the thought pattern.
I am betting you have been abused. Cutting, like suicide, are 2 of the biggest forms of self hate. Why do you hate you? What was said to you, or done to you that made you hate yourself so much you want to cut you? No one, no matter what, deserves self hate. No one.
