I need to sleep I am on ambien and zybraka at night for sleep and still am only getting 4 hours. It sucks. I am then up all night mind racey thinking. Which is no good. I am not sleeping all day anymore so that is not the problem. ughh how am I suppose to get better without sleep.

if you think the mind racing is down to bipolar rather than anxiety the talk to your doctor. my experience is that sleep meds don't really help until the bipolar is under control..and then you may not need the sleep meds

I've been suffering from insomnia for 10 years, I think it's understandable even by my nickname. Over these 10 years, I have tried everything possible to get rid of insomnia. All sorts of useless pills, it's hard to count, I just ruined my health. I decided to try an option that I hadn't seriously considered.
