Hey guys. How are you today? I am doing okay. Just got back from taking my son to work. What're your plans for today? What're you up to? I'm just sitting here like a lump of coal. NO plans for today just to make it through hit. Tomorrow is payday and back to school shopping for my eight year old. Have a good day you guys.

I'm thinking of running all my Friday errands today and making tomorrow a -- PLAY DAY!! It's true. I have high ambitions.

Gooooood morning you guys!!! I get to go to the dentist today!! I just have to get my teeth cleaned but I hate having the hygienist hovering over me for it. I love, love, LOVE the feeling afterward and don't even mind the process, were there robot arms doing the cleaning rather than a face asking me questions I can't answer with a mouth full of her hands. So I'm nervous but trying to be mindful until 10 am and then just do it. I am the queen of canceling appts but I am NOT going to cancel this one. I'm a freak about my teeth being clean, so there is good motivation to keep this one. Wish me luck!!

Other than that I've got the park with my dog, the nail salon, and the grocery store. Those I can do! Nail salon = a bit of anxiety but the language barrier with my girl is helpful. We smile and nod at each other a lot.

I just have a hard time in those situations where you know you can't escape (without dental tools in your mouth or jacked up nails). It'll be okay. By the end of this day I will have a happy pup, clean teeth, pretty nails, and food! So blessed!

Well - don't You guys sound productive :):)

I'm going to Clean, Clean, Clean (mostly to keep my mind OFF of the desire to Shop, Shop, Shop! LOL) - then maybe I'll try fifty-shades-of-nail-polish til I get Juuuust the Right One.

And maybe make some more chicken salad for the neighborhood. lol

Good morning?

No good sleep, again. Ugh. Going to have to change meds again.

No real plans for today - seeing my caseworker and we're taking my dog to the dog park. That should be good.
