Checking is becoming routine. I heard that if you do something 15 days in a row it becomes a habit.

Now that BFs family members are arriving on the scene I'm backing off. I said that he won't hear a peep out of me regarding my opinions. It may be a challenge to keep my mouth shut.

I also don't plan to be around the toxic energies of his family until this ordeal is final.

I'm glad to see you back here! I know it is a great place to get support. I am trying to come in every day but sometimes it is super hard as my mom (who I live with) tells to join the real world and stop hanging out with phantoms. But here in the "real" world there is little (if any) support. I keep telling me to cheer up, get over it and get a life. Wow! How supportive!

It's helpful for me to check in, too, as I have people close to me who don't think BP is a real illness.

Good for you protecting yourself against toxicity. Probably some of the kindest things I have ever done is to keep my mouth shut!!lol! Stay strong.
