need advice

i hate myself so much. i don't want to even look in the mirror. i cant help my son at all bc i cant work due to bipolar and a back condition. i have daily suicidal thoughts and i don't do it only bc i dont want to go to hell. i am so miserable and wish it would all end. i dont want to get out of bed or shower or put on makeup. i just don't care anymore about anything, i wish i would die.

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling this way. I know there is a great bunch here who has felt as you do. It's hard work, but things can improve with the right support. Therapy, group therapy, support groups, art therapy, a good psychiatrist, yoga? Meditation? So many things to try and Hope to be found. Sending you strength and courage to fight the good fight. You are worth it!

I'm so sorry you're feeling so rotten! Do you see a therapist or psychiatrist? Are you on medication? If not, that might be a good place to start. There is no reason for you to suffer like this. I too am raising a son and there are times when I'm uncertain about my parenting capacity. I can at least show him love - sometimes that's all you can do. I hope better times come ahead. (((hugs)))

Sure sounds like severe depression. You really need to talk to a pdoc. He's the only one that could suggest a med for you.
You don't have to live this way. Depression can be fixed.
