I had two more appts today after the two I had Friday- this time with my tdoc. I'm so grateful he took time off his leave to see me. Both meetings went well. He spoke to my bf about my attempt and got to see things from his perspective. He's still trying to get me on mood stabilizers or anti-depressants but that depends on him and pdoc coming to an agreement as to my condition. Until then we'll be having more frequent sessions. The next is Friday and another next week. I've also got an appt with a substance abuse counselor soon. in the meantime I have to track my mood on a chart split into 30 minute intervals. My bf has to do the same. I'm hoping this is my break through; I need it.

So glad you are getting the help you need. I hope your Tdoc and Pdoc come to an agreement about you.

It's great that you're getting the help that you need.....If you're dealing with substance abuse it would be hard to make a firm diagnosis until you are off of mood altering substances.... Good for you!!... Big hug...x

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
