I'm a complete wreck. I've been feeling very depressed since Thurs. I saw my psychiatric nurse practioner that day. She said it wasn't my med. levels that were off. A couple weeks ago my exbrother-in-law died of a heart attack. He was 41. I was close to him but it shook up my son. My son and I live with my exes grandmother and of coarse she is sad her son died. this did remind me of when my husband died a little over a year ago. I feel so bad for my ex brother-in-laws widow and 2 daughters. I know what they are going through.
My psychiatric nurse practioner said it was his death that is stirring up all those feelings from when my husband died.
I've had such a feeling of being alone. It's seems hardly anything I do for people is good enough anymore. When I make a meal for my son, he generally complains about it in some why. He's a teenager and you probably know how much they like to complain. I do my best but I'm not perfect.
My son's grandmother has this awful friend/boyfriend that comes over once a week to watch basket ball because he doesn't have cable. He uses her washing machine. He goes around acting like this is his apt. telling everyone what they should do. This morning, I had just returned from taking my son to school and the boyfriend is up getting ready for work. He looked in the room that my son is in and I sleep in the closet in that room. My son is like most teenagers and doesn't like cleaning their rooms. I have tried many things to get him to do this. It's worked a couple of times but he messes it up again. I've tried to keep up with it to get it clean and stay that way but I haven't been able to. The boyfriend said," I'm home all day. I should clean it." I told him that my son made the mess and he should clean it. the boyfriend disagreed. I yelled at the son of a bitch and start crying profusely.
I already feel like crap and this jackass has to make it worse.
Moving wouldn't be the best option now because of the following:
My son has aspergers and another move would cause him a lot of stress due to adjusting to another major change. This affect his grades, mood, etc.
The last time I moved was so traumatic, the thought of doing it again so soon give me the horrors.
I feel sort of suicidal. I want to die but I don't want to do it myself. My son would be so devastated and I don't want him to go through that. The flip side is that I'm tired of feeling miserable and people seem to think I'm not good for much.
My brain feels all scrambled and I don't know what to do.
Sorry this post was so long.

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!
