I need a decent combo - to get me out of "Sad" for weeks, I must leave that phase to WORK on feeling better, or good...

Sometimes we just have to get through the blues, time is on our side as it does pass by and move things along for us. You are doing everything you know to do by the sounds of it, kudos to you keep up the great work and you will come out on top of this!
I'm pulling out of the dumpster atm so I am feeling ya....hang tight, this too shall pass.....just not quick enough I know!!
feeling sad is shit especially over time.
i think its good you're still doing the day to to day things, thats positive.
can you perhaps introduce something that would lift your spirits when this part of the illness sets in perhaps engaging in art or music or walking or exercise. something to focus on when things get bad.
i took up knitting and crotcheting to take my mind of things, its very theraputic, there are tutorials on youtube if you dont know how but im sure theres someone you know who can teach you.
going to your local library and picking up books that are interesting may take your mind of things ? have you got a pet ?
