When my anti-psychotics were failing I had nightmares, I mean strange and terrifying. I figure I'm responsible for any good dreams!

I take my lamictal when i wake up around 4-5am..if i fall asleep immediately after i take it, my dreams are odd, just like you describe

anti-malarial meds are the only ones that gave me horrible, violent nightmares. otherwise, i am very, very lucky i don't ever dream at all. haven't since i was 18-19.

This dream I had was weird strnge something I would never do but cant it it out of my head what happened:) It is kind of happy dream I hope it coninues and keeps up:)

Many BP meds cause vivid dreams..sometimes they are so vivid, they will stay with you for hours. Sometimes they are so vivid, I like to pull myself back down into the dream, because RL is so blahh sometimes

Sometimes they are fun dreams, sometimes not so fun

I have vivid dreams and nightmares.. I used to have night terrors on Perphenazine..

My dreams were always weird. I have multiple dreams in one night and remember more than one when I wake up. (probably not a good thing.) They can be very vivid.

I like the one where the demon was stealing my blankets in my dream and I told it to fuck off because I knew this was a dream and not real. It kind of growled and then gave up and went away. LOL. Yes I have dreams about demons stealing my covers at night. Its a repeating dream that pisses me off.

Before diagnosis and meds, I wasn't a dreamer. Heck ... I wasn't much of a sleeper. Now, with meds, I have very strange, complex dreams. Most include some random person from somewhere along my lifepath. My last dream starred my 7th grade science teacher and my 7th grade boyfriend. That one kinda put a smile on my face. :)

wow so we are dreamers then. I want to continue this dream I had today it was quite good:) I usually have nightmares and bad ones at that geesh now it is just the opposite:) I guess tis is a good thing I dont know. I just hope I dont pay for it in a few days though. I used to have dreams years a go but never really remembered them that well. These are very vivid. I kindof wish it would come true:)

wow doorknob, I like the way you take control in the dream, I'm practicing doing that, I'm not so good at it tho. I tend to dream when I've had too much sleep, and Mirtazapine gave me horrible vivid dreams.

When I first started on a Med...sometimes oh so crazy ones.

....Most people give no major credence to dreams, just as most people give no credence to unseen things....
....I give both validity....
....Dream wise ....My whole life I have had tumultuous dreams...On or off meds makes no difference....
....Just the other night was the worst dream yet....
.....I am certain it was Chicago and a nuke exploded and I saw the city buildings flying through the air in big chunks....I had to run over all kinds of different fences with each fence being different....When I was safe enough away I was in a bad ghetto area....I asked who did it and the reply was Russia....A building blew up and another explosion occurred...I actually felt the heat....I could not get far enough away to avoid the billowing smoke and had to crawl into a home....I awoke because the dream was getting too much....
....Since I am a bible believer and take all testimony in it to be accurate....I fully believe Christ that the whole world is under satan's dominion and that people are demon infected....I once gave no real thought or credence to such testimony but have come to fully grasp and understand it....
....A simple unseen thing that can be easily known to exist is love....You cannot bottle a true love and a true love cannot be seen.....
....I do not fully understand the creation I was born in, just as I fully do not understand myself....
....I figure just do good and align myself with the biblically known Christ....
....My mind is wide open to allow all things to be and from there I sort through it....My mind was once closed and it was like I was looking through an earth based Mead telescope back then....Now that my mind is open I am seeing through the Hubble and see all kinds of things....
