I am mentally exhausted. I feel hopeless and defeated. I have a phone interview with ss tomorrow.

I am exhausted from being kicked down over and over. I feel I might need to move away from my current location to another city, but the thought of actually DOING it is paralyzing me with fear. I just don't know how much more I can take.

Are there any supports which you can utilize within your vicinity on a free or a low-cost basis? I know there are resources available in some areas with caseworkers or counselors, who will help you to navigate the mental health system, and work with you one-on-one to come up with concrete plans to help solve your issues. Do you know if anything is available like this in your particular location?
