I am catching on and doing well. They gave me my own desk...in a room with two grown a** chicks who act like they are in HIGH SCHOOL. there will be a fourth lady coming back soon after they get our new cubicles set up. So these chicks talk about people behind their backs ( like hellllooooo...I know you B****es are going to talk about ME when I leave the room). They also sit there and whisper crap. I have low tolerance for crap like this. I just need to focus on what I am doing and not worry about that crap...I just had to get it off my chest. Lol. Any advice??

That's the key: Tolerance. Don't pay attention to them, don't listen to what they're saying. You have a job to do, concentrate on that.

Just tune them out as best you can. Don't participate. You're there to work and that's noble, and appropriate.

dobie and SHL are right! Ignore them and just do your work. If their behavior becomes problematic and interferes with your ability to do your job, then it becomes time to bring upper level in. Tolerance, yes.

OMG you could be talking about my office, lol. I've been dealing with this for over 2 years, the two of them do nothing but birch, complain and gossip and try to do as little possible.

I don't interact with them when their like that, we do get along and are friends but they are aware I won't join in on their gossip and bitch fests
So they respect that and my main priority is do my job to the best of my ability.

It's best to try to get along with them but just set up boundaries.

I think just ignore whatever these people say, as they have no bearing on your life. Whatever they say has no bearing on who you are as a person.

Do What I do TC. I dont like the two women I work with so I just tell myself that I am there to make money and use the benefits and I am fake as hell to them each day just liek they are to me. Fuck em! But no matter what dont do anything to jeapordize your job. Then people like them win.
