i have noticed this.. while getting into the bed seems like a chore in and of itself.. getting out of it is even harder. Man i could sleep until 3 every day. oy.. with you.
If necessary, st an alarm as a remider.
Do not create any online profiles on dating sites or even look as it's a temptation or lure that you don't want while manic and it definately sounds as if that's what's happening. I rapid cycle, but right now regardless I can't slow the racing mind (lyrics, conversations, re-play everything)
Nothing wrong with the treadmill. Your burning energy off in that way is the best thing you can be doing. Mentally and physically.
I deleted my dating site. I don't need a man.

I can't think strait. I keep falling asleep. I feel paralyzed. I want to go to the beach but can't seem to move. I haven't bathed since Wednesday. Or washed ky hair. Stupid ?? but can i be manic AND depressed at the same time? Another thing i have noticed is that i can't seem to stop moving. I am feeling AWFul today :(
Everyone responds differently to drugs. I got major relief from bipolar with Zyprexa. I also got relief from anxiety and panic disorder (as well as depression) with the anti-depressant, Cymbalta.
Sadly, it was almost too late. I had attempted suicide several times and my foot is crippled as a result of major overdose, seizure, stroke. I'm in my 60's, so almost my whole life was destroyed before I found help.
