Instant changes like that from an outside trigger can be , Boarder Line Personality Disorder.

OR

You are an Ultra Rapid Cycler .

Either way...I really suggest you talk to your Pdoc .

Rapid changes like that usually mean poor impulse control, and can lead to some serious trouble

Man I am so feeling ya right now...went from very happy to bawling and confused in a matter of minutes......sigh

I've been diagnosed as borderline....but I beg to differ most of the time Dd....but it does make sense. I've also been diagnosed with BP! rapid cycling....damn can it get any better??

I would talk to your pdoc about it to... It may well be a different disorder as dd mentioned
Symptoms can be treated and therapy can help a great deal with coping skills

    Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.
