Is your wife not living with you right now? Why do you have to give her your check? Is that what you always do? Sorry to be so nosy, but I'm concerned for you. Sometimes when we are sick, we don't make the best decisions.

If u do plan to get back with her and you are not dependent upon this check I think giving it to her and ur child would be the best idea. Does she also plan together Back together or is she twin advantage of ur generosity?
