i went to the pdoc yesterday and he increased my antidepressant. I am still feeling depressed. I have a plan to get myself out of this. I plan on volunteering a few more days a week so I can get more interaction with other people. I am lonely, all my friends live far away and they have their own lives. It is hard not having a job. I am working towards getting another degree so I can hopefully get my dream job. I have a supportive family but I need interaction with other people outside the family. Stuck in a rut. I am trying to help myself. I know things will get better. Hanging in there.
