as of rite now im alone welll with my dog and the rest of my family is out drinking(i dont drink)

I'm sorry you're thinking about your ex. Being alone let's us focus on all of the things that have gone wrong lately. I hate it. i try to occupy my time and use relaxation techniques.

Yoga and Pilates are good, too.

I am in the middle of detox right now, and feel like hell, so I am trying to distract myself with DS, reading, or anything that gets the attention off of how I am feeling.

You don't have to be in a facility to detox?

Well, since we're bored and just talking about random and various things, I'll tell you that I've been very sick for three months and having financial problems. Things came to a head when I had er surgery for my gall bladder last week. Well, a church member walked up to us and gave us $100 cash. Said it was a gift, not a loan. Because they knew we'd been struggling. And several people have sent casseroles, chicken pot pies, brownies, fruit, all sorts of good stuff. There are kind people in the world.

ramdon my dad who is a 60yr old biker(he was that he still looks like it) hes like 200bls maybe 180 and hes drunk as fuck like normal hes rite beside me in the basement hes gunnna go upstairs soon and im gunnna be the one behide him..hope he dosent fall or i should stand at the bottem of the stairs and wacth..i like that better..im to use to this lol my life story i dont babysit them anymore(them my mum and dad) bla,bla,bla!!
